After a few months of Todoroki's 16 birthday he finally decides to write to his soulmate. He wasn't expecting much since his soulmate never wrote to him. Little does he know is that his soulmate was waiting for him to make the first move. But what's this? Something is wrong...isn't this is how it was supposed to be?
