The Storm family have always known to be as strong as the first-generation Heroes. With their bloodline only fused with the strongest and purest quirks, designed to be undefeatable heroes...
Hayley is part of the 4th Generation of Storms to be designed through quirk marriages. She was a success according to her Grandfather.
Her mother, Diane Storm, an Iconic and beautiful hero rating at #7 with her deafening Ultrasonic scream, amazing detective skills and superb fight skills, leaves Hayley in her mother's shadow but luckily for her, Hayley was able to gain some qualities from her father.
The cocky and mischievous Johnny Storm ranked the #6 Pro-hero. Calling him hot wasn't just the fans swooning but highlighting his quirk. With a flame quirk that engulfed his entire body and giving him the ability to control anything related to heat. Hayley gained a slight bit of her father's quirk but luckily not all of it because a change of clothes would be a necessity.
When Hayley's quirks manifested at the late age of 12, Hayley was seen as the ultimate hero by her Grandfather, Thomas Storm.
Katsuki Bakugou the inpatient hot head that Hayley had gotten to know through her Mother's friendship through with his own parents. Naturally they would see each other more than he would admit to...but soon, was grateful for it.
