When Josh Kaufman completed his studies, in a technical field. He got an amazing opportunity to work for a billion-dollar company PROCTER AND GAMBLE [ P&G ], which he accepted happily, and started working over there when he was working with his colleagues who all were MBA pass out from big colleges.
He realized a very important thing, that how important business and marketing skills are.
If in the future, he wanted to start something of his own, then he must be aware of these skills. So from then on, he was so much obsessed about these skills, that anyhow he wanted to learn it.
So at first, he decides, just like his colleagues he will do his MBA from a big college. But after analyzing properly, and after doing a lot of research by going to different colleges.
He came to know, that now a day's colleges are just for show off and people go there just for the sake of Degree, not for education purpose which was according to him and as a company head was a waste of time and energy.

I have sat often in front of the computer, and stared long at the screen without ever writing a word. The synopsis for this project has haunted me since the first person asked me "So, what is it about?", and to this day I have never been able to deliver a straight answer. This book is about a number of things, many of which do not fit evenly into a succinct description. I have tried to make them fit and have found the resulting descriptions ill-representing and dull. Thus, I have decided to go without a description. This book will fade into obscurity no matter what I put here, so I might as well write what's really important. Winter in a city is an especially punishing time. This book comes out of my late nights and early mornings riding the train, and my looking at the window and being able to make out nothing but the blur of the glass. From the outside it may look dead, but certain people know that the inner workings of a city are a true marvel to behold. In writing this, I have tried to capture that marvel and deliver it to you, the reader. This is a book about a city and the people within it. The rest is up for you to read, if you so choose. In 2015, I quit my digital marketing job at Nike to take a solo road trip around the country, funded by driving for Lyft in each of the cities I stopped in. In the beginning, I thought that driving for Lyft was simply the key to supporting the trip financially. However, I soon found that the dynamic of having strangers jump into my car to talk about life for 20 minutes or so, under the context that we would probably never speak again, was the most powerful piece of my year off. I was so inspired by my passengers that I wrote a book about them, called We're All Going to Die: Lessons Learned From My Year Road Tripping As a Lyft Driver. My passengers became my biggest teachers in what, lo and behold, turned out to be a year of personal growth and self-discovery. I learned the value of more listening and less ego. I saw how hungry people are for real human connection and conversation in a world more digitally connected and emotionally isolated than ever. I took the time to face my own issues, including my father's suicide five years earlier. I began to understand how important it is to be human - to feel your emotions, to share those feelings with others, and to find lightness and humor in the hard stuff. What became most obvious to me was that at end of the day, we're all going to die anyway. I was not a studious girl when I was forced into medical field because of my father who always expected the best from me.
