I am Annie. My dream to be an author flashed away like a bright light fading into darkness. Apparently God gave me the opportunity being a mother. I had a terrible accident, making me forget some slight things about me, like a guy named James. It seems that I don't know him sometimes, but he reminds me who he is when he lets me hear the heartbeat of his heart. But what if I lose my memories permanently? Will I ever remember him?

"You're god sent, you're everything I've ever needed. I wouldn't be who I am right now without you, thank you, for shaping me and moulding my heart around yours. You've given me nothing but love these past few years when I've needed it most. Connor, you are truly golden." - If you'd have asked James ten years ago where he'd be in ten years time, one, he'd never say married and two, he certainly wouldn't have said dying. However, both of those are reality and learning to deal with that means for some rocky and unstable road. Instead of facing the heartbreak he'd cause, he kept everything inside, writing it down in a collection of moments for Connor to find and reflect on once James is no longer around.
