Hailey has just moved to Lakebrooke with her mom and older brother James. They seem to be adjusting just fine to the move but Hailey is convinced that it is the worst thing ever. Then she meets this boy, Marcus, who acts like he is on top of the world, but no matter how badly she wants to hate him she can't. There is something about this boy that has Hailey's attention.
