A novel written by Jeremy Watson.

-
After living his life completely under the roof of God, Ishmael Collin finds himself struck with anger when his senior year gets damped, and by the worst possible surprise.
Valedictorian and adopted son of the school's headmaster, Ish becomes unable to control his own thoughts when a new sophomore enters the school. Riley Tracer was nothing close to the perfect student at Saint Michael's Christian Academy, and flaunted his homosexuality and disbelief in God with everything he could, including his outfit, leaving most of the school to look at him and turn the other direction. When Ishmael's father demands that Ishmael finds a reason that he could expel Riley, Ishmael finds himself in a harsh situation; Perhaps who Ishmael sees as God's worst enemy, may be Ishmael's best decision.

Chapter One release date: March 30th, 2020.

Cricket Peterson was born and raised in Blanco, Texas and never desired leaving. It wasn't necessary. Not after her parents retired to Italy and she was left to tend for their lavender farm. She loves the lavender hills and spent most of her childhood in them with a local who quickly became her inseparable best friend. The only downside to their friendship is his sister. Despite her childhood antics, however, it turns out Lyle's sister may be at her wits end. After leaving university in NYC, she returns home at a cost. Her parents want her to be married, or at least dating. Through a series of odd events, Lyle asks Cricket to pretend to be in a relationship with his sister and in spite of her best efforts, she finds herself more drawn to the intrusive woman than ever before. Aster Johnson loves music. In fact, she went to university to get a degree in it. However, college wasn't the environment she wished, not with her creepy professor's hands on approach to teaching, and she just wants to go home, but her parents are quite controlling. They want her to marry so that she can focus on her studies with a security blanket of her own. In a heated argument with them, she confesses she's in a committed relationship and is focusing on writing her violin piece. As much as her parents approve of her musical endeavors, they want her to have someone besides them to rely on throughout life. She knows they have good intentions, but she doesn't want a relationship. Still, to save face her brother's best friend agrees to pretend to be her serious girlfriend. Problem is, they can't stand one another. After moving onto Cricket's property, Aster finds herself oddly curious about the woman. As it turns out, Cricket may feel the same, but can they put their differences aside, or will they forever be locked in a down spiral until Aster finally leaves? ⚠️Trigger Warning: This novel contains short, intense action, grief and stalking. ❤ Mature Content ⚢ Lesbian Romance/Lit 📚
