Inside My Broken Heart

This book is a mess of poems that I have written over the past two years. I admire and love when authors split their books into sections and I think it gives such a lovely aspect to the writing. But my mind is messy and unorganized and sometimes I don't even know what I'm feeling even as I write it out, and I want this book to reflect that. I want to challenge you to think about what I was going through and feeling as you read my words. And even more, I want you to think about what you're feeling as you read my words. Sometimes we feel everything at once, and sometimes it is not so clear what stage of emotions we are going through. Sometimes the hurt, the healing, the sadness, the grief, the joy, the heartbreak, is all muddled into one. And it is all in here. xox
