After going threw a brake up and getting in a fight with his ex. Some how along the path he runs into a rugged short male. After the act of kindness that he has shown to Theo he wanted to show some type of gratitude towards him. They would eventually start hanging out with each other and become closer or so that's what Theo had in mind. Maybe this act of kindness towards Theo wasn't on purpose. Maybe the short boy had other things in mind for them.
