Simon is a middle-aged and middle-class man living the American Dream in a suburban house with his wife, Susan, and two kids Joey and Ashlin. And like all typical Americans, he's not feeling like he's living much of a dream at all. But then Simon's mundane world is cracked when he receives a mysterious invitation to "The End of the World." Discarding the invitation as being some kind of hoax, Simon resolves to continuing his mundane existence anyway - until the world really does come crashing down. As part of my Dreamwalkers: Short Story Collection, this short story is intended to cover events taking place within the worlds or plot of my Dreamwalkers book series but which is not directly addressed within the main series itself. As of yet, I currently do not plan on releasing my Dreamwalkers series online.
