Persephone Hesie Jackson was shattered. Every single member of the Seven other than her died, along with Nico, Thalia and Grover. Even her best friend, Annabeth. So Percie left.
After burning the shrouds, she gathered the ashes and buried them, before heading home. However, upon arrival, she was met with a horrific sight no child should have to see. Her mum and Paul's bodies mangled and bleeding all over the floor, and a note propped neatly in front of them.

After calling the cops, Percie fled to Olympus. There, among the beautiful architecture designed by Wise Girl, Percie found Hestia.
Recently, she had discovered that her now dead mother and Hestia had been great friends, hence her middle name, Hesie. Crying, tears streaking down her cheeks, Hestia gently led Percie to her secret garden.
The talked, and Percie decided she wanted a new start, but didn't want to loose all her memories of her past life. So, instead, she gave permission to Hesie to give her a new life.
So now, Percie was a small, scar-littered, 18-month-old baby sitting in an alleyway, where Hesie told her to wait, gripping a letter in her small fist.
"H-hey, Nat? Umm, we've got another problem..."
