A Wings Of Fire story that takes place in the depths of the Sky'wing Kingdom, following the story of a powerful hybrid dragonet who has to fight in the infamous arena regularly for most of his life, until... ? This a story based on the book series Wings Of Fire, obviously. In this universe, most of the canon events didn't happen, and are instead replaced by my own original stories and characters. No canon characters from the books exist in this world. There is at least one fantribe in this world, that fantribe belonging to me. Mud'wings don't exist in this world, because i have an unexplained hatred for them. WARNINGS: • Violence + blood • May contain explicit / aggresive language / Mild swearing, etc. • May contain character death / drama, etc. You may: • Draw fanart of the characters. • Write about the characters. This story takes place only 10 years after the time of peace began. Hybrids are hunted by all but the Rainwings and the Sandwings. Dragons don't trust them because they don't belong to one tribe. They are sometimes horrible fails, but usually they are powerful dragons with skills of more than one tribe. This scares dragons and has brought them to hunt all hybrids. Follow Abyss and 6 other hybrids on fight to stay alive in the ever more threatening Phyrria. They have no idea of the great and dangerous journey ahead of them. All they know is avoid anyone, trust none, and survive at all costs. Wings of Fire does not belong to me. It belongs to Tui T. Sutherland. Life was dull, boring, and mechanical. I’ve always wondered if this would change. If something interesting will happen. I always hoped something interesting will happen. A falling meteor that would destroy half of town, an alien invasion, or even the Apocalypse. Anything, just to relieve me of this monotonous life I lead. “Urgh,” I groaned as I reached over to turn off the alarm clock that sounded like a hundred sirens in the early hours of dawn. The golden sun hasn’t come out to expel the surrounding darkness yet. I figured it would take an hour more or so for the sun to show its shining face, so I decided to eat breakfast and take a bath first. But little did I know that today was the day that my life would change. It was the day I met her. ---------- A short story. Hey guys! This is my first try writing a pure romance story.
