Twelve years had passed since the events of Omen IV: The Awakening. Alexander Thorn-York, brother of Delia Thorn-York and the offspring of deceased Antichrist Damien Thorn, became the new Antichrist. Alexander started hearing a voice in his mind. People started rumoring that Damien Thorn is reborn inside of Alexander's body. 



As twelve years went by, when Alexander learns about his destiny, he was terrified for his life until his father started speaking to him through his mind. When Alexander gets a girlfriend, he knew that time and time will be more and more difficult and more dangerous. Things got worse after Gene York sent Alexander to band camp and after Alexander came home from band camp, he started to accept his destiny.
