The city of Wuhan was the epicenter of the outbreak of COVID-19, a deadly virus that has claimed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people and ruined many more. In order to contain the spread of the virus, the chinese government placed more than 60 million people under quarantine, resulting in the largest and most ruthless quarantine in human history.
In an attempt to contain the spread of the virus and the spread of information, the government committed atrocities that were unheard of and hidden from the rest of the world. Geming's family was one of the many millions of families under lockdown, in a futile attempt to prevent the spread of the virus. What he would witness on one fateful day would haunt him for the years to come.

Mankind faces the worst pandemic in modern history. Raymond Roberts is an Englishman teaching English in Wuhan, Hubei, China. It's an underwhelming, mediocre Chinese city of twelve million people, with no notable distinctions to make anyone notice its existence, unless you happen to live there. Until that is, it becomes the epicenter of a viral pandemic outbreak that sweeps the globe. The city is on quarantined lockdown - the largest in human history. Raymond ignored the calls from the British Government when they offered him a chance to leave with other British Nationals. Like everyone else, he presumed the People's Republic of China is overreacting.
