A storybook adventure ... It's a natural phenomenon -- a small country in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean hidden from the rest of the world by a circle of unnavigable fog. It's called Giggleswick, and twelve-year old Elliot Bisby has never heard of it, that is until he and his family are approached by an unusual man and asked to move there. Before they know it, the struggling Bisby family finds themselves on a tiny boat captained by a man who prefers a singing parrot to a compass, and they soon embark on a journey that no other seaman could make and live to tell about. In Giggleswick, Elliot and his parents find themselves mingling with a colorful set of locals the likes of which include an Irish-Arabian bagpiper, a man who thinks he's a knight, and a woman who does her exercises on the roof in high-heels. At last, Elliot has found the happiness he's been waiting for and a place to call his own, but what he doesn't know, is that helping Giggleswick to remain hidden from the rest of the world may prove far more difficult and dangerous than he could have ever imagined ... * the e-book version of this book is also available FREE from all major retailers. A thrilling adventure story book written by a 12 years old boy, for readers age 7-12 years old. A secret underwater organisation is out to wipe out fish-kind starting with disastrous radiation leaks and destroying the law enforcement. it is up to James Finsby, Edward Polyp and criminal helper Max Alexis to stop them. But who is responsible? And will Max say yes? Fish are not dumb. This is a common misconception among humans. You may say: I am pretty sure fish are dumb. Look at how many of them get caught! Ridiculous numbers! Very fair point. Some fish are dumb then. Others, such as the majority in this story, are smart ones. (Although they can't understand who the heck is taking over the ocean in the story, since it's somehow not a human.) The events in this story have been penned down by the vice president of fish in Singapore, James Finsby. He has taken part in a fair portion of the story (Mostly as a nerd). I should venture to say that he helped take down the villain in this story heroically. He may be a nerd, but he's THE nerd. That did not sound much better. Well, what am I supposed to say? If you have no interest in evil sharks, radioactive weapons, spy gadgets, comedy or more comedy, then you can stop reading right now. I won't force you. If you ARE interested, then read on!!
