The exploitation of strong weapons didn't end at items alone.
Those who wished to be strong reached for an ideal that wasn't ideal at all. For those who grew too strong grew noticed, and those who grew noticed due to strength were exploited for petty squabbles.
Petty squabbles turned to arguments, tensions rose and arguments grew to war.
When the strong stood up for themselves and banded together, Arcana was born.
