The strange stories from an rotten apple

An apple lays in front of you, it smells of rot and flesh. One humanoid mouth protrudes from the apple, like if it was some uncanny creation created by an evil scientist. The apple then begins to speak from its mouth, and the it only has a mouth, the rest is just an apple. You begin to panic, you are stuck in a cellar, unable to move with a rotten apple. It begins to speak, you are forced to listen.
