Dream and George used to be best friends when there were little kids but Geroge's family moved away and he ended up forgetting about Dream, but Dream never forgot his best friend. Clay notices George sitting in front of the window everyday, Clay is recovering from extreme drugs, alcohol and smoking addiction and wants to help George by sending him small messages after George escaped and runs into him, asking for help.
