(Based on a group RP I participated in many years ago)
When the World Leaders need the best guns for hire, they recruit and train them at the highly classified A.N.N.A. (Academy of New and Natural Assassins). Here, every country is allotted 10 participants to attempt to clear selections each, per training cycle. The best assassins the world has ever seen have all been students of this academy.
(I am not very good at making multiple characters, I usually make them too similar; if you'd like to help or have an OC in the story let me know and I'll put them in as long as I have spots available)
