In dem kleinen Städtchen South Park herrschte, nach einer langen Zeit, wieder der gewohnte langweilige Alltag ein. Jedoch nicht für lange Zeit, denn 3 neue Familien zogen in der Stadt ein und mit diesem brach das Unheil erst wieder ein.
Nach und nach wurden immer mehr und mehr Sechs-Klässler vermisst. 
Kyle, Kenny, Stan und Eric wollen das Team der Freedom Pals zusammen bringen, um diesen auf der Spur zu gehen.
