This society would gradually be challenged by the Solar Warriors, a rebellion that directly opposed his rule, sparked by tensions risen by the difference between SANS's mundane autocracy and his father GASTER II's militaristic dictatorship. {NOTICE: Please be mindful that this take contains visceral descriptions of violence & gore, domestic violence, and child abuse.} However, all of this would skyrocket thanks to the sudden introduction of one human child named Chara to the monster society. An outlier amidst the many fallen humans, she was allowed to live her fullest life in spite of SANS's various promises to his people to shatter the barrier which held the entire species in submission, a grand conspiracy. This would all culminate in one human's intrusion into the world of monsterkind known only by their stage name Shifty. Supervised by GASTER II's bygone machine celebrity METTA, they would embark on a relentless spree across the kingdom, slaughtering hundreds of innocents in their path for the sake of dramatic flair. Royaltale Season 1
This is an Undertale AU I originally planned on making back in 2019 but, I wasn't capable of making all the character designs and forgot about it for two years. A few months ago, I thought about redrawing the only two designs and reviving it as well as changing most of the original plot and instead of making a comic series, I'm writing it so it will be easier to think about more designs. OCs are included in this AU. If you would like yours to make an appearance, message, or tag me to discuss when they can appear. This is season 1 of the series and it will basically follow the events of Undertale because there was a strange, unexpected reset after 10 years of living on the surface. Now, it's up to Frisk to help her friends remember their lives before the reset and save the world before Flowey tries to kill all of humanity as well as monsterkind and Mystickind. Can the determined human survive yet another perilous journey through the Underground or will everyone fall to Flowey's hands (leaves?)?

Chara has one objective: RESET back to when they themself fell, and save Asriel from his demise. With all the Genocide Runs the now-free Frisk goes on for them, they're able to amass a big enough collection of SOULs to do exactly that. The only problem is, Asriel remembers everything that happened when he was Flowey. And he isn't too happy about it... In this new timeline, Kelsa, the SOUL of Bravery, falls into the Underground shortly after Frisk. Determined to save her only friend, Kel teams up with a mysterious flower with a face to find them and rescue them from Asriel's notorious freezing chambers. Betrayed by many, and uncertain who to trust, Kel finds herself in the midst of an iron-fist dictatorship, fighting to restore the Underground to the peaceful place it used to be. But... all is not as it seems, and there may be things about Frisk that Kel will wish she'd never discovered... Cover art by yours truly :3 This story takes place after the events of Underhappened. Sam is a neutral name so it should be fine. - NOTE: All lines with this symbol " * " is going to be in Wing Ding font in the final release of the book. But for now, it is already deciphered for you! - *So yeah! Soon after that, Chara joins a new family, but their ambition to keep everyone happy goes a little overboard and Chara is flung into a reality of destruction and hopeless wonder. Then many long years later they meet the beloved Frisk, who fell into the Underground, similar to themselves. "Do you think that even the worst of people can change? That even after what they do, anyone can be a good person?" Frisk thinks this is true, but not for her. After resetting after killing every monster in the underground by being taken over by Chara, she fears to get close to her once friends. After Chara threatens Frisk if she didn't kill one of her favorite monsters, Sans the Skeleton, she begins to distance herself from everyone; including herself. Will Frisk figure out how to defeat Chara and have a happy ending once again, or will she succumb to the pressure and begin the slay every monster- just like before? Edit: I own Fuse, but none of the other characters. Original Sans the Skeleton is owned by Toby Fox and any variation other than Fuse is not owned by me.
