There will be a few augmentations to the earlier story, but I have tried to stay true to the plot up until this point, except for the 16 hr deadline Palpatine gave them. His threat was open ended in my version. But that's Luke's story. Not yours. You are a Jedi Survivor, and once an active part of the Rebellion. But you are much more than a survivor, you were a Jedi Master who held a seat on the Council. Until Order 66 happened, and everything changed. While having many adventures throughout the galaxy, you felt a change in the force, and hid on Tatooine with your old friend Obi-Wan Kenobi. Which will lead into the events of Episode IV. I do NOT own any of the characters in Star Wars, nor any concepts. The only thing I own is my Star Wars OC, who the reader will be taking the place of.
