After Mr and Mrs Hart finally get to see their daughter Ophelia again, they make the decision to get Ophelia help in the form of counselling. Much to Benedicts's horror and Elijah's disinterest. After a large amount of trial and error and a few dozen traumatized Psychologists, the Hart family manage to find the perfect psychologist to take the job.

Charlotte Stone is a gentle, kind natured and calm human, who seems relatively unamused by Ophelia's attempts to 'program' her. She quickly befriends the youngest Hart and earns her trust, forcing Elijah and Benedict to recognise her brilliance.

But can this fragile woman allow Ophelia Hart the chance of normal life or will her past finally take all that's left of her one final time?
