Markaz, what is happening exactly?!

While the Novel coronavirus is hitting everyone with precise impact, Prime minister urged everyone to stay home and give support to social distancing, stopping every possible way to prevent getting in Italy- US like situation, SOME stupid peoples ( I mean 2000 ain't some but still) are taking it for granted. Got news that In Delhi, particularly Nizmuddin area, where there is a Markaz°( Arabic word meaning center) 2000 or more people were there in time of social distancing and were blowing of common sense and every effort to prevent covid 19 from spreading in india.
there was a religious fucntion between 1st of March to 15 th of March, where more then 2000 people came from every corner of India and some from foreign countries, are the MAIN reason for soaring height of postive cases in last 24 hours in india. as I'm writing this, maybe cases will be more then 2000. Because of the timing of the Shutdown and awareness of social distancing, india is one of the fewest countries who still have the control button to covid 19 in their hands.
but this hard efforts can become water to our Little strong Sand castle when this type of news come on air. how come people can be so stupid in this much mass, their IQ dropped suddenly or is that religion who is upon their mind, allah knows😳
health ministry already declared to take strict action against local Jamaatians and to kick out foreign Jamaatians out if India.
while all this is happening , this can be serious issue for all of us. if you say how? let me explain this, Donald trump ignored covid 19 and as you can see, a country with one of the best medical structure, is already at the edge of having 1,20,000 positive cases for covid 19, compared to US, india still is behind many steps, and due to social distancing only, we are able to control the spread of this Novel virus. if we hit somewhere around 1,00,000 cases in india, even ALLAH can't save us.
