Legend has it there once lived a species hidden within the shadows. This species specialized with appearing out of nowhere and disappearing without a trace. Only a few claim to have caught a glimpse of the creature's tail shadow. Of course, no one believed them and scolded them for speaking such foolishness.
However, every now and then, stocks of meat would disappear from their storages, leaving villagers and townspeople at a loss for words. In the wake of these events, the govt had to pin the blame on someone to prevent massive panic. So they framed the most notorious gangs around and killed them onsite.
Of course, this didn't stop the meat supply from disappearing but it did keep the citizens at ease... for the most part.
500 years later, the stocks of meat stopped disappearing leaving the conspirators to wonder what happened to the unknown species. If they did truly exist, then what could've drove them to extinction and why has no one discovered any bodies?
Perhaps, these creatures are nothing more than a Shadow Tail.

This caused the queens to turn to a prophecy starring four dragonlings who might just save them all. Nerve is one of the prophecy dragonlings, who has almost lived his entire life not knowing he has his talons in two mancers. While on the journey to restore peace on Drealite, he learns that not every dragon close to him can be fully trusted, and he cannot let his guard down. The guardians must face off against these corrupted beings, all while dealing with their internal struggles and the growing pressure of their mission. In a climactic revelation, they discover that the convergence mentioned in the tome-the alignment of stars that amplifies the Star of Elion's power-also has a counterpart: a celestial event that strengthens the Void's influence. "D-Daniel, your name is Daniel." I said and stopped on the road. He didn't look at me and I take a couple of steps, leaning up against a tree. He stood there in front of me, "Eve, we have to go... It isn't safe here. I know you thought I was gone, but I'm here now. Please if come with me I will explain everything." I looked up at him. He was staring at me with defeat. "Daniel, you vanished... Y-You left me there all alone. I cried my heart out, my best-friend was gone. Now... You come back and ask me to with you. I don't know you anymore..." Once upon a time there was a girl name Evangeline King, Eve for short. She lives in a world full of shifters and non-shifters. Her parents were the King and Queen of people that hated shifters. Eve never believed them, because her best-friend was a shifter. His name is Daniel Grey, he could shift into a tiger. He would hide his secret from the others. But one day, Daniel vanished and Eve never saw him again. Over time her parents died, and her name and kingdom were forgotten. Eve became poor and went to live with her friend Amber. Who worked at the bakery, in a small village called Shimmer. Eve lived there for years, working at the local tavern to earn money to help Amber. To this very day, Eve still wonders what happened to her golden tiger.Complete

"Who's out there?" One of the men yelled. Of course only silence met them. I remained quiet and waited for the group to start moving again. "Maybe it was just an animal." Someone whispered. The person, who I assumed was the captain of the small squad, signaled for them to walk again. They clearly showed fear as they kept going; brandishing their weapons to guard themselves with. "Two are holding lanterns. I'll tell you when you're too close to them." I heard my friend whisper in my ear. I followed the men as I picked up another branch and waited for the right time to break it. They continued to walk through the forest, turning their heads in every direction as if an animal might lunge at them and rip their throats out. I guess in a way I was going to do that. "Go back a few feet." My friend whispered. I carefully distanced myself from the group and waited. "Where is she?" I quickly snapped the stick as soon as he finished asking the question. They stopped and two soldiers raised their lanterns to shine its light in the darkness. I quickly hid behind a tree before both of them turned where I was. A low frustrated growl came from one of the men, "The girl's playing with us. She's out here following our every move." How paranoia can cloud the mind. At nine years old, Silver decided to leave her village for the forest. Since then, she's been hunted; everyday is a fight for her life, every breath she takes could be her last, but she's determined to stay alive. Her life isn't the kind anyone would want to live but she's managed to survive this long so, what's a few more years?Complete

The world's war against dragons has been going on for generations, but no one knows why they fought. After years of fighting a new species emerged, shapeshifters. They were able to shift between a dragon and human form, making them impossible to find. Everyone referred to them as halflings, half dragon and half human. They were said to have wondrous abilities ranging from an armor like pelt to healing powers. These abilities made them prized creatures and wanted across all lands. Those that were discovered usually ended up as pets or fighters in arena's. After five years of their existence they all went into hiding, fearing what the humans did to those that had been captured. They were taught at a young age to never show what they could do to a human, as it would lead to being caught and possibly killed. There were small sanctuaries in each town, though they appeared to be normal hotels or orphanages. And this is when our story takes place....
