Single chapter story.
Inspired by a dream that I had a few weeks ago and that I wanted to share with you. I had it ready for a long time, but I had to make some adjustments and thus maintain my usual soft concept that I like so much to show you. Approximately since September of last year that I started to like Ateez, and although my bias is San (Or at least I think so) I usually dream a lot about Seonghwa (my bias wrecker) and only this time I was able to remember in details managing to write it from the best possible way for you to also imagine a nice afternoon with this precious boy.

Another tear fell from his eyes, rolling down the constellations on his freckle-dusted cheeks to add to the small puddles at his feet. Those eyes, the beautiful hazel eyes that I had fallen in love with, were empty of their stars. As his breath hitched on another sob and he bit his trembling lower lip, I realized that I had done that to him; I had stripped his eyes of the stars that sparkled in them whenever he saw me, I had ruined what he felt - what we both felt towards each other. I had hurt him, and I wanted so badly to tell him why. I wanted to tell him everything, but that would hurt him even more. That would 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘺 him. So I had to leave it at that. A broken promise. A broken heart. 𝘏𝘪𝘴 heart, which he so willingly gave to me that night on the rooftop - no, even before that, the night on top of the Ferris Wheel, when we thought we were on top of the world. He raked a shaking hand through his hair as his body, vulnerable, trembling as he sobbed, slid down the wall to sit on the floor. Do you believe in being Lucky? Seonghwa was the type of person who considered himself to be cursed with bad luck. From losing both of his parents at the age of 5, his life had been nothing but a series of unfortunate and tragic events. Always being robbed of his belongings, being constantly kicked out of his temporary shelter of a home, to basically becoming an outsider in comparison to his rather successful friends San, Yunho, and Yeosang, things never worked out in his favor. He accepted his life as doomed from the start, even now at his grown age of 25. It wasn't until he ran into someone unexpectedly after being caught in the rain after a late work shift. The person was strikingly stunning in the midst of the pouring storm: a shorter blue-haired male who gave off a sense of warmth against the darkness that consumed his life. A brief encounter it was, but one that Seonghwa never dwelled on as he was more focused on saving himself from any further embarrassment of the night. With a quick apology, he continued on his way without sparing a second glance at the person.
