Even after being abandoned by her blood parents... twice, being left on the streets on a drunken night by her foster parents, her kind adoptive parents passing away shortly after adopting her. Left with no other choice, Maria Jay Callahan is left with no option but to sell herself to the most dangerous drug lord, Alejandro Martini, who runs the largest Mexican cartel in the world, to make a not so honest living for both a special someone and herself before deciding to make a run for it. 

Upon all the evil she has witnessed, Maria could hardly give a crap about what these dangerous men had unleashed upon the world. Unfortunately for her, Maria is a walking piece of information that if maybe falls into the wrong hands or probably the right ones, could be the ultimate downfall for the cartel, and she fears she might have dug in too deep and stuck her nose where it didn't belong and there was probably no escaping for her.

 Deciding to try her luck Maria makes a run for it and almost all the most powerful and dangerous men alive are on her tail waiting to kill her and impale her as a sign of their victory. Well, that is until she meets a familiar face who saves her and comes to her aid.

Will Maria and this unruly friend or maybe foe of hers fight alongside each other to take down this conceited world and take revenge on every last person who left them and treated her like trash? Or will they end up killing each other before it's too late? What happens when he is the only one that did not forsake her?
