In late 2013, a second-rate Kira impersonator emerged, and was responsible for the deaths of thousands of dying elderly in Japan. In 2019, an individual known as A-Kira emerged on the scene, and threw the world economy into chaos by auctioning off the greatest murder weapon in Human history, the Death Note.
