The killing game was all a simulation and after everyone gets out they get to chose if they want their in game personality or pregame personality.
Pregame personality people are- Angie, himiko, Tenko, korekiyo, shuichi
Everyone else is in game

Everyone is happy as members of the killing game. Well most are happy. Maki and kokichi are siblings, miu and kaede are dating...
Kokichi has a problem. He has in game and pregame personality. He switches them every so often. He is living his life peacefully when he runs into maki in the school hallways.
"Don't trust shuichi" she says. But the boy thinks nothing of it.
But he should of. Of course shuichi, (yes this is a fantasy au so magic potions all of that is real) knowing how to brew basic potions. Puts kokichi under a spell. What will happen when he starts to only talk to shuichi, skip school, and not come home at all...

(First book of the trilogy) Kokichi, a kind, extroverted boy, moved out to a new city and dropped out in a new school: Spring Field Academy, he quickly made friends here and became one of the popular students, but soon after a few weeks, he notices that one of his classmates is left out from everybody else. As he stalked his beloved around Shuichi see kokichi get pushed, punched and thrown around multiple times in a day by Kaito and Rantaro, Shuichi decides to take matters into his own hands to protect his beloved from anything that hurts him or comes in the way of him and his beloved.
