The prophecy has foretold his return for thousands of years, and it's becoming realized. The world lies on the brink of destruction, and only one hero can stop the darkness from rising and overtaking the world. The chosen one must find a way to defeat an ancient enemy that has lied dormant since his ancestors time. Will he be able to travel an unfamiliar world and defeat the darkness, or will he fail and allow the world to be destroyed? Every year, my town chooses a sacrifice for the demon that "watches over" our home. In exchange for a person from the village between the ages of 17 to 25, the demon protects our village. So now I have to get to know my daughter, convince my mate to accept me, and deal with a demon that has a one track mind about protecting its mate, even though she can look after herself way better than I can.
