This is a list of poems I've written just for the sake of it. I've always felt like writing poetry was a simple yet meaningful way to convey my thoughts and feelings.
From birth we are assigned a nonnegotiable identity. I just so happen to be a black teenage girl at the moment haha. Keep in mind these poems are all written from that perspective on life. But needless to say, they're for everyone to enjoy!

As someone who lives with depression and anxiety, a lot of my thoughts are bound to not be very pleasant. But hey, some of them are quite philosophical and positive. But that's rare.
