After the fight between Minako and Nyx, Minako gathered all the strengths of the social links she have obtained during her stay in Tatsumi Port Island and was able to create the Universe arcana, in which helped her unleash the ability of the Great Seal: an ability that costs her life.

Despite becoming the seal, Minako appeared to have continued to become a student of Gekkoukan High as a senior student, without any recollections of the dark hour. 

What might have happened? What have happened to the Great Seal? What became of Ryoji?

Minako went on a journey with the velvet siblings to find the answers to these unanswered questions, encountering Ryoji: the avatar of Nyx.
