Every 30 years, a dreamweaver comes to stay. What is a dreamweaver you may ask? Why, it's in the the name! A person who weaves dreams. 

In the day they may look like normal citizens, but at night they weave dreams for everyone in town and give them beautiful dreams.

But what happens when this dreamweaver meets a problematic boy who has never had a properly weaved dream?
