Sophia, the young and headstrong Queen of Ocerallia has been sent to the kingdom of Cadeiric to marry the Crown Prince, to whom she has been engaged to since the age of six.

She is set to contend with changing politics and power plays, as well as the burgeoning love she and the Prince share. However, as the day for them to be wed nears, Sophia is faced with dark forces that are trying to prevent their marriage from taking place, following a powerful enemy's threats.

So what is to happen? Will the two leaders manage to overcome this difficulty or will they be forced to break off their marriage as well as their love?
