Thomas awakens in a box, remembering only his first name. He arrives in the Glade, a place surrounded by an unsolvable maze, a place full of teenage boys, who also have no idea how they'd gotten there. Then a girl arrives with a message, saying everything is going to change. And the fight to get out of there becomes much more important. My breath quickens as the contraption I was forced into - who knows how long ago - moves. After what feels like an eternity, the space around me stilled, and I jerk forward, falling on my wrist painfully. Suddenly, a strip of light appears above me. As the light gets bigger, I blink and see unfamiliar faces observing me. The strong stench of exhaustion and sweat hit me. As I slowly get up, I see a boy apart from the crowd, watching me curiously. For some reason I feel drawn to him... A Newtmas fanfic in a reality similar to the Maze Runner (don't come at us - my darling friend and I wrote this together) with minor Minho x Gally.
