This is just a book well journal where I'll write down my daily calorie intake in a hope to help me loose weight

I don't know any other proper way to express my feelings, and I think this is the best and healthiest way to do it. So here is a diary, an autobiography however you would like to interpret it. It's about me and my life. It's the way I deal with living.

My experience going through the ups and downs of anorexia and orthorexia, detailing the mental and physical effects it had on me. Hopefully it'll help those in the same boat and let them know that they're not alone in their fight.

Real dreams I keep track of with diary entries when I remember and write them down.
