January 4th I hated it. Seven hours road from home, for a two weeks winter holidays contract working in a big fancy hotel. Hell, no way was I going back. Came slowly my last day before returning home and I spended it at a little café. That's where I first saw them, a group of impresive tall First Nation men walking like they own the place, ravishingly intimidating. And they did own it, they own everything around. Something I'll learn later. Because believe it or not, I was coming back for an internship for the summer. How joyful. And again, at the end of what was supposed to be a five weeks top internship that turned into a three months thing, a friend disappeared. The Innus are the first being pointed at. Corruption, deaths, lies, racisim, sex, soulmate and werewolves. I could have choose everywhere else to go. But my masochist mind said why not give it a second chance ? That second chance lead me to him. The moment I met his gaze, I became his. "Adaline" He was everything I never knew I wanted. "Elijah"

He had the kind of face that stopped you in your tracks. I couldn't help but let my eyes wander. He was incredibly built. Chest muscles bulging and his biceps balls of strength. His long legs were swelling with muscle. He looked like a perfect Greek statue. No, he was a perfect Greek god. He turned to me and growled. "Mate," the word left our lips in unison without even the slightest amount of effort. His eyes returned to normal color as he studied my face. Noticing my slight fear he spoke, "I'm sorry, my love," reaching over and grabbing my hand and placing a gentle kiss on my knuckles. "Tu sei la donna più Bella che abbia mai messo gli occhi su," he spoke in an unfamiliar, yet beautiful language. He kissed my hand and caressed my face. "What does that mean?" He chuckled loudly filling the room with his sexy raspy voice. "You are the most beautiful woman I've ever laid eyes on," he answered. "What is your name my love?" "Bianca North," I spoke proudly. "Not for long," he smirked.
