Bent on revenge, Daken goes after his father. Later, after a few fights and meetings, Wolverine finally overpowers Romulus and kills him. Wolverine beat Daken, and took away his claws. Now, the clawless Daken must make a life of his own without Romulus or his claws. Will it be to hard? Running out of Romulus' money and desperate to find a job, Daken meets another one of his father's enemy's, in the midst of a battle with the X-men. Caught in the middle of a mutant war, Daken is unsure of which side to turn to. Will he make his decision in time or will he face the consequences of the only metal that can kill his father and him?
