GIOVANNI:

I was taught to feel nothing, absolutely nothing.

I had to grow up showing no feelings. Revealing no anger, sadness or happiness.

Emotionless.

That's what I had to be.

LIVIANNA:

During my highschool year, I got into fights. They were mostly petty. Girls would make fun of me and I'd get angry. I'd always hit first and get suspended.

My father was disappointed in me and my mother just referred to me as a troublemaker.

She knew I'd get bullied, but said that I had to be the bigger person and ignore them. She didn't understand me, though.

She even didn't understand me when I almost had gotten raped.
