The Potter's had triplets ; Christopher and Rosina were dubbed the boy and girl who lived by mistake. After James and Lily found this out they, on Dumbledore's word, they sent Harry to live at the Dusley's unaware that someone would pick him up and raise him far away. What they didn't realize was that they had made the biggest mistake of their lives. For both themselves and little Christopher.
~So I had a friend read this and they pointed out how they thought that, like normal, that harry was the main character, but I actually made Christopher the main character.
I am basing this alot off of the fanfiction Twins: A different life.
If you haven't read that it's amazing and has 118 chapters out. Unfortunately they discontinued that story but it's definitely worth the read.
That is the story I'm basing Harry and his past on.

Emily Potter is not as well known as her little nephew Harry. Emily was only six years old when James and Lily were murdered. Emily was sent to live with James' friend Remus Lupin, as Harry was sent to live with Petunia and Vernon Dursley. Remus cared for Emily as best as he could, considering he didn't have much money to raise a child. Emily loved Remus; seen him like the older brother she had lost. Like her nephew, Emily became friends with Weasleys, but her Weasley friends were Bill and Charlie. When Emily was of age, she still hadn't heard much of her nephew. Remus didn't even tell her that he was still alive until she was almost fifteen. She missed the boy, though she had only really known him for a year before James and Lily were gone. Emily wanted Harry taken in to her care once she was of age, but Dumbledore would not allow it. He believed Harry was safe with the Dursley family. So, Emily left to Romania with Charlie, but not for the same reason as Charlie. While Emily lived in Romania with Charlie, she did not follow the same career path. Charlie worked with dragons, and Emily decided to be a babysitter for wizards and witches. The money was great, which made her wonder why Dumbledore believed she was incompetent of raising Harry. He returned as steady as the Mountain Wind
This is a Wrong-Boy-Who-Lived story. I love these kinds of stories, because it allows the author (in this case: me) to make Harry extremely powerful and let some very famous characters (Merlin, the Founders, Death, Magic... you get the gist) have a part in the plot as well without messing the Universe up too much. I decided to write this fic and see how far I can get with new or seldomly used ideas. If however this story reminds you too much of another story, please comment on it (so I can fix it) and rest assured that it was completely unintentional. However to make sure that I did not unknowingly copied other people's ideas, I need YOU (yes YOU!!!) to read this story.
