Days turn into boring routines in towns like Savor, Louisiana. That was until cunning and mischiveus Alec moved into town and swayed the heart of Addy White. It was a tale as old as Grease. However, this isn't their story.

With Addy's attention being focused elsewhere, the schedule of Addy's best friend, Esther "Sadie" Wilson, is now freed up, leaving her forced to expand her social circle. While dealing with her parent's recent divorce and inevitable student loans, Sadie lands herself a job at Wall-E's Ice Skating Rink where she finds herself surrounded by an entirely new and chaotic crew of co-workers.

This summer can't be any further from routine as Sadie tries to balance her rambunctious new friends, surf-n-turf wars of prissy figure skaters, quarreling parents, and even the attention from a new crush.
