Eighth-grader Judy Jacklyn wants to become an actress, but she suffers from severe anxiety. 

  When her mother forces her to attend a mental hospital, she becomes even more upset and has trouble having to make friends. But as she realizes that she has more in common with the people then she thought, she slowly begins to become more comfortable.

  But not every story has a happy ending. Lives will be threatened, people become miserable, and Judy is caught in the midst of all of it.
