The year is 2030. An invention is about to be released which will change the way humanity interacts. A memory exchanger where two people, at the same time, see and feel an experience from the other person's life. But before the release, one of the inventors, Folsom Grady, learns of a great danger connected to the invention. He tries to delay the release, only to be unable to stop what's already in motion. As a result, Folsom aborts his involvement and completely disappears.

Our Conscious Fields; What is living?
Slow paced narrative set in a world awakened to panpsychism and innate abilities following the fall and rise of society. A gentle approach to world building with a bit of humor, romanticism, and just enough hints of drama without going into it. When everyone writes about how it could all go wrong or what happens after it does; who wants to read about what happens if it just goes right for once? Still conflict and drama but, the hard work is already done. Now you just get to see a glimpse of what happens in a reality where it all works out.
