Many girls obsess about how to be the perfect girlfriend. The truth is most guys are happy enough just to have a girlfriend. However, it is important to know that for guys , being respected is the most important thing. Guys want to know that you think they are powerful and strong. Also do not disregard his complement. If he tells you that he thinks that you look beautiful, don't tell him that you are ugly. You may be acting modest, or displaying your own insecurities, but to him, you are saying that his compliments don't mean a thing.

I try not to stare most of the time, but for some reason, tonight, I just couldn't look away. I've seen many pretty girls before in so many different places; Including the light rail, but for some reason tonight, she was just so much lovelier than any other girl I've ever seen. Why am I even getting worked up over her anyways? It's not like I'll ever see her again. Well, that's a perfect excuse to keep looking! An incredibly handsome guy is holding your hand and looking at you with eyes gleaming with love. Yes a PERFECT day and a PERFECT boyfriend. Scene II: you just met your perfect boyfriend. Now you feel like sharing your happiness. You call your friend who is equally happy to know about your happy day. Yes a PERFECT best friend. Isn't it what every girl needs? A Boyfriend who doesn't cheat and a girlfriend who doesn't bitch. This is my life. Scratch that. This used to be my life.
