Grapes ~ small round fruit, sometimes green or even purple. used to make an intoxicating drink  - wine.

Butterflies ~ beautiful little flying creatures with fragile wings but a strong body. came from insignificant little caterpillars. 

This is a mix of all things grape and all things butterfly.
