After the war that nearly wiped out the planet, two main alliances remain standing. The earth's population is six million, split almost exactly between the only inhabited areas of land. Two remaining authoritarian governments, each determined to destroy the other or else force it to succumb to their own ways. When a brand new piece of technology is created, allowing two people to share one body, Virgil and Roman are selected to spy on the other side, and bring victory to their people. But in a new environment with a new system, one that fights for freedom rather than security, Virgil and Roman are faced with the choice between sides, a choice that will decide what they will live for... or die for.

He had accepted the fact that no one thinks like him, at least not in his city, but then one day he notices something, or better put, someone, who doesn't seem to have dementophobia either. Quite the interesting turn of events, don't you agree?
