Slithers [A Wings of Fire Fanfic]

2,000 years ago, the evil animus known as Darkstalker was sealed away into Agate Mountain, never to be seen again. His visions of being King, destroyed in an instant. He became a mere legend.

2,000 years later, the tribe of the NightWings were proven to be liars, falsifying prophecies and faking visions for power. Once word got out, the once all-powerful NightWings were reduced to dragons below the lazy RainWings. Their 'powers' were dismissed as a lie.

Outraged, a cult of NightWings refused their new roles in Pyrrhia. They looked to the legends, and saw one worthy of ruling Pyrrhia.

In Jade Mountain Academy, two NightWing students that had the powers of legend, both challenged by fate with a vision of destruction and death.
