Over a thousand years have gone by since the events of Breath of the Wild and there's a new reincarnation story. This is the sequel to the Chief of the Gerudo and Fight of the Champions and it follows the story and characters from those two books and expands upon the world established. You don't have to read the Chief of the Gerudo but it is recommended, and it is heavily recommended that you read Fight of the Champions.
15 years have passed since the last installment. Zariah is no longer a child. Recently, the Queen, Zelda, has fallen deathly ill and has told Zariah to go to the Spring of Wisdom and follow tradition. What Zariah finds there changes her world forever, but will it help her save her mother's life? Hyrule is in danger and Zariah is the only one who can stop it.

A lot of work needs to be done to rebuild Hyrule, and to convince others to help will take a lot of work from Link and Zelda. Having all his memories back, Link is plagued with thoughts and memories of the Champions, wishing he could go back in time and save them. He can't focus on the past too much though, because an incredible threat has woken up, and will certainly destroy Hyrule if nothing is done soon. Also some parts of the other Zelda games as well. **** Two people, both crippled by grief and both struggling with great expectations. Two people, but seventeen and still older than Hyrule itself. Two people, who will grow to rely on each other, torn apart by the final ruination. The blood moon rises... The shadow of the Calamity rises over the kingdom of Hyrule, rearing its terrible head, tearing apart all that stands in its way. The deadline was hanging over the head of the citizens who depend on the success of a powerless girl and the mettle of a simply talented boy.
