This is Alexander Strolif's story.

One day he was an ordinary boy helping his family make ends meet and the next he was a soldier in World War ll.  It was one of the most tragic events in the 20th century.  Hitler's army was advancing and taking siege of most of Europe before America intervened in 1941.  A year before America began to fight, Amsterdam was siezed but not without a fight.---Alexander had high expectations for his life like anyone would but he never got a chance to live out those expectations.

"I was given a second chance to live.  I never knew why; all I knew is that I was.  I didn't know that when I saw that brilliant white light everything that I knew was about to change.  Now, I've been alive for almost half a century.  

Do you believe me?"
