Abyss Walkers

The fluid she was born in is the most water seventeen-year-old Kylie Everett has seen in her lifetime. Oceans have run dry, the heat is rampant, and the earth is dying. When a group of desperate scavengers flood Kylie's west coast home in search of supplies, they bring rumors that there is still water at the bottom of the Marianas Trench. But conditions are too dangerous for her ill father to make the trek. Kylie will have to set off with strangers in search of a water source that may not even exist.
