How lucky we are today - all delicious food is easily available to us! Sometimes, I wonder how life was in the ancient past when our ancestors did not have easy access to food which we have today. Want to try out the Chinese food? No need to go to China! Just visit any restaurant in the city and get familiar with these hot and salty tastes. Do in the same way when you want to eat an American traditional dish, a burger, for example.

How bout those of the foods we mostly desire in the cook movies of the french and that of the Italians. Not only those but also explore to the eastern side of the Indians, Chinese,and Koreans. 

The feeling of being able to cook any type of dish at your own kitchen, drinking a glass of wine, swaying with the background music at your home and at last having a bite of the exquisite dish you have made is remarkable. It's priceless and extraordinary.

About 1.5 billion years ago, the single-celled eukaryotes became the common ancestors of all multicellular plants, animals, and fungi. Fish evolved a primitive lung sac and four limbs, 350 million years ago, so they could crawl between fresh water swamps. About 250 million years ago, the ancestors of all mammals, were tiny nocturnal insectivores and, about 6 million years ago, we began walking on two legs. The most recent Ice Age (2.6 million to 12,000 years ago), severely reduced rainfall in Africa, where Homo habilis was evolving. In Homo erectus (1.9 to 0.5 million years ago), cranial capacity increased to between 850 and 1000 cm3 implying the phenomenal increase of 125,000 more neurons with each generation. Between 70 and 50 thousand years ago, Homo sapiens spread out from east Africa. Then, about 20,000 years ago, evolution made a sharp change in direction. After 250 million years, we ceased to be hunter gatherers. The Neolithic Revolution meant we could never go back. Many of us are not happy about ourselves, something we have done or not done, or the way we react to other people. We keep recycling sad thoughts until they become what we are. We can break this cycle . . . we really can choose to be happy. For most people being happy is not difficult but it does require persistence to undo the habits of a life time. There are many simple techniques to promote happiness. Some of them you probably heard from your grandmother . . . but there are other, less obvious ways. The brain makes up about 2 percent of a human's body weight, uses 20% of the oxygen consumed by the body and . . . is often not under our control. Proof? Try counting slowly with your eyes closed in a quiet place. How far did you get before you lost count and started thinking about something else? Many people can't make it past ten. Drugs are not the answer. Why risk addiction while destroying your lungs and your brain with alcohol, nicotine (smoking tobacco or vaping), cannabis (marijuana), opium derived drugs like Oxycontin or other unnecessary and unhealthy chemicals? If you need to dispel a bad mood, use one or more meditation techniques, evolution's natural way to obtain happiness. But compared to Xavier Falicci? Child's play. And I was happy in my ignorance. So so happy. Then he stole me from my life. Made me watch people be murdered. Made me murder people. But he made me feel things, so many different things. Through all of the pain, through all of the pleasure, through every emotion that he's made run through my veins, I try to think of a worse way to live. Because being his captive has changed me. Changed everything about me. As soon as I was kidnapped, the old Brooklyn died. The old me, the one who knew the difference between good and evil, right and wrong, justice and redemption. But, you know, through it all, all of the madness since that fateful night, I've realised something. Life isn't like that. In the faraway woods of the vin3 forest, lived an old man and his child. Living conditions were harsh out in the modern society, and they were forced to live out in the wilderness. The man knew he had no choice; no chance of survival in civilisation. He took his child at a mere age of only 10, and venture into the wilderness. Life would not be easy, but he had to take a bet... Certainly, life was not easy. Food was scarce and living conditions putrid, to make matters worse, he realised that he has been ingesting chemicals, chemicals that would soon disfigure and deform his son in the most horrid and unimaginable ways. Slowly but surely, they were turning into living monsters. Toxic waste, pollution, but there was no choice left. There was no other source of running water. In addition, even the wildlife has started to died out. What will he do to survive? At an age of 50, he contemplate suicide daily, but what about his 10 year old son? 1 year later...
